Dear Readers.

Hello!

This is just a quick post to update you on the mag itself and what’s been going on.

Apologies for the lack of as many posts as usual, we’ve been burning the midnight oil to bring better services to you, and of course, working on our NerdMag Blog Awards for 2009.  We’ve gotten so many fantastic suggestions for this compo, so please keep them coming in.

As a reminder, our email address to use is ed@nerdmag.co.za and as the Ed, I’ll try to respond to each and every incoming mail, good or bad.

We’re rethinking our design, and even considering turning it into a design competition, what do you think about that?

We always use good suggestions of sponsorships as we do try to keep the ball rolling with awesome compos for you, so if you know of any companies / retailers that might benefit in affiliating with us, please give me a shout.

Another thing you can do to help improve your reading is by interracting with us!  We’d love to know any functions/gigs/interviews any of you are doing.  We do have a gig section for a reason, you know…

Also, since our readership is growing so very nicely, I’d like to extend an invitation to bidding geek writers – let me know if you want to be part of the team!
